Membranes play a critical role in advancing sustainable energy processes. Our research focuses on the development of advanced membrane processes for a wide range of energy-related applications, including water treatment for Power-to-X (PtX), gas separation (e.g., CO₂ and NH₃ capture), and battery recycling. To foster innovation and advance new knowledge, we employ mathematical modeling tools to understand, optimize, and scale up membrane technologies.
