How the research group - Bioenergy & Bioproducts is linked to AAU Energy missions

The mission of Biogas and Biorefining is the development and design of low temperature chemical and biotechnological processes for production of liquid biofuels, biogas, and biochemicals using sustainable biorefinery concepts. Identification and extraction of high value products e.g. pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals for co-production of bioenergy and biochemicals will enhance the economic feasibility of biorefineries.
