Education within Batteries

The research group is involved in teaching and supervision activities in the bachelor and master programmes at AAU Energy. Together with colleagues from Fuel Cell Systems we are providing an elective course for 9th semester MSc students:  Energy Conversion and Storage Future Energy Systems.

Furthermore, we offer several Industrial/PhD courses where participants from both academia and industry are welcomed. For 2022, we offer the following courses:

  • Lithium-ion Batteries. Fundamentals, Modelling, and State Estimation (24/10-2022 to 26/10-2022)
  • Lithium-ion Batteries. Systems and Applications (27/10-2022 to 28/10-2022).
  • Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling and Validation for Battery State-of-Health Estimation (24/05-2022 to 25/05-2022).
  • Application-Oriented Modeling of Renewable Energy Sources, Conversion and Energy Storage Systems (22/03-2022 to 25/03-2022) – modeling of batteries during Day 3 (24/03-2022).
