The lab has seven climatic chambers and five ovens, with a capacity from 22L to 400L and various temperature and relative humidity ranges. Among them are one 225L explosion-proof climatic chamber and one 70L elevator oven. The key specifications are shown below.

Besides the above climatic chambers and ovens, different power supplies and equipment are available for providing electrical stresses and in-situ or offline measurements. Moreover, a Highly Accelerated Lifetime Testing (HALT) chamber is available in another standalone testing site which has the following specifications:
- Up to 70°C/min temperature change + humidity + six-degree vibration 5 – 70 gRMS
- +250°C to -100°C temperature range
- Inner working space: 889mm*889mm*889mm (lower table position) or 635mm*635mm*635mm (upper table position)
