CROSBAT members participated in the 27th International symposium on power electronics, electrical drives, automation and motion (Speedam) held in Ischia from 19th to 21st of June. Immersed in the wonderful nature of a volcanic island, the event was an exciting opportunity to connect with colleagues from all around the world and dive deep in the broad range of topics covered by the conference including multilevel converter technologies, batteries and fuel cells, EV chargers and maritime solution for a greener future.

The work from the Smart Battery group was titled “A fast technique for Lithium-ion diffusion coefficient determination in batteries”.
